  • As soon as your drive fails or data has been accidentally deleted, turn your machine off.
  • Carefully remove your hard drive from your pc. Should you not know how to, please take your pc to a computer shop and ask them to do this for you, or bring the full pc to our offices and we will remove the drive.

  • Package your drive with care, using an anti-static bag, then bubble wrap and boxing it properly with sponge in order to prevent any further physical damage to your media.

  • Deliver your media to us.

  • We will then book your media into our workshop and provide you with a job card.

  • Once the media has been assessed for reason of failure, method of recovery required and length of time involved, we will provide you with a written, fixed quotation.

  • We do not charge a quotation rejection fee and should the quotation be accepted, we request you to please print it off, sign it and fax it back to us as confirmation. We will then continue with the recovery and call you as soon as the recovery is complete and ready for collection.

  • We also have a No-data, No-charge policy.

  • We pride ourselves on our policy of ‘data satisfaction guaranteed’.

  • Full confidentiality is guaranteed to all our clients.

  • No billable work is undertaken until we have the approved quotation in writing.
