A: The average recovery takes between 1 and 3 days. A recovery can however take as little as a couple of hours to as long as a few weeks depending on the damage to the device or the difficulty level involved. A RAID system would take days compared to a single drive.

A: There are situations where no data can be salvaged and in these situations we do not charge.

Q: Should I open my drive if it is making strange noises?
A: You should NEVER open your drive as the platters within the drive will be subject to the elements. Air on the platters will degrade the data.
The surface area is highly magnetic and you will run the risk of contaminating the disk with foreign particles.
